There are 86,400 seconds per day. This is just 1. On a #mountainbike. When you're bombing down that line, you really don't notice how many details your brain is processing to get you through that second. And I am never more focused, more present, more alive, than when my brain is getting me through seconds like this. How are you living your seconds?

Mountain bike and bike rack rentals provided by Peak Bikes. Helmets, knee and elbow pads, GoPro chesty and Joby tripod, GoPro Hero 3+. See Outerthere recommendations for what to wear in the fall on a hike.

I took a small scouting party to this park and we had such an ridiculously good time, we're going back to Cunningham Park in Queens! It's an awesome terrain park with plenty more to explore, with a bike rental nearby who already loves Outerthere fam. The terrain features are awesome and you will have more fun than you would expect in Queens. You will get dirty. You may get some bloody scrapes. And you will definitely be more exhausted than you've ever been from peddling. But it'll be awesome!

We'll be meeting at Penn Station at 9am to catch the 9:18am train to Douglaston on the Port Washington line. From there, we'll be walking over to the bike rental shop, where the price is $10/hour. We'll then peddle ~4 miles (30 minutes) to the park and explore those trails!  We will decide as a group when we're done.

Not sure if you can handle physically this adventure? Here's a quick test.
