What do you do if you can't workout indoors?

Some of you might be thinking that hiking to the top of a mountain just to work out is a little cray. ⁠But some of you might be thinking, Gym-free, bodyweight exercises AND a fun way to sneak in a leg workout... Genius!⁠

Either way, working out is better with fam. Just like hiking. So we just put 'em together with an awesome outdoor worry-free setting and an even more awesome coach Shawn and there you go. And wow! 4 days later and your abs will still be sore.
