2020 Mindfulness Experiences

“Mindfulness is being present in the moment. Noticing where you are at every moment in the moment. So I invite you to leave everything from outside, outside, and every time you notice on this hike that you’re outside of here, just bring yourself back into the moment and enjoy the space around you.” And with that, Eddie Pabon, founder of LECHEweare has guided our groups through experiences designed to change our mood, our vibe, and even, our lives: fam have actually reported new calmness and less stress in their day-to-day lives after just 3 of these trips.

According to Eddie Pabon founder of LECHEweare, with PRACTICE you can get the LECHE of your life. PRACTICE is an acronym for Patiently Repeating Altruistic Challenges To Inspire Core Excellence. And LECHE is an acronym for Love Energy Community Healing and Empowerment. Yeah. It gets interesting after that. Eddie has been bringing his style and fresh approach to guided meditation to the Outerthere fam for the last month and will now be a regular on our calendar as we PRACTICE LECHE in different outdoor settings!

You already know that meditation works, fam. Even the military believes in mindfulness to help build resilience. Even with just 15 to 20 minutes per month of mindfulness, you’ll start to see a difference.
