Lead by example
The idea was to get you away from your home office without making it feel like you’re “not working”. This hike was designed to be 1 part career development, 1 part leadership development, 1 part fresh air and 1 part beautiful views. By the time we were done, our group left motivated to start their work week with a different POV.
