Snowshoe-less hike
Originally meant to be a snowshoe hike, there was lots of cold and lots of wind, but not enough snow. So we made the best of it and just hiked without snowshoes or crampons. Then we got to the top of the mountain. That's where the snow was. And ice. But with no snowshoes or crampons, we had no choice. We slid down half the mountain. And in record time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Fastest. Time. Ever. Yes, it was fun. And yes, it was epic. Word.
