2020 Hike & Jump Parkour Experiences
This is parkour. Contrary to what you've seen or heard, parkour is not just for highly trained, super-athletic, Olympic-level gymnasts moonlighting as rooftop hoppers. It's for regular people, from all walks of life, like you, facing their challenges, one small jump at a time.
Fear of heights? There’s "height medicine". Worried you'll get injured? Get on an "impact diet". We take fam outdoors to learn the basics, strengthen their core, arms and wrists. And at the end, you’ll be able to do anything you put your mind to 🙌🏻
